Kids' Class Technique
One of the basic positions in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is the guard. Many offensive and defense techniques are available to the person on the bottom.It looks like this child might be going for an arm bar or maybe even a triangle choke.

We are the only academy in Utah with five certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belts! We all trained and were awarded our black belts under Professor Pedro Sauer while he was here in Salt Lake City, Utah. Aug 16, 2010 Final tally form vegas- unified jiu-jitsu 18 medals!Aug 14, 2010 The Unified Team is competing today in Las Vegas in two tournaments, The Las Vegas International Open AND the American National No-Gi Championships. Results to follow.
Aug 7, 2010 Our boys have done it again! Paul won in 1:05 of the first round via rear naked choke and Jason beat his opponent in the 4th minute of the first round via triangle. Thanks for everyone's support. It was great to see so many of you out last night!
Aug 6, 2010 Fights Tonight! Paul Sizemore and Jason South are fighting tonight in the Fight King Show at 7pm. If you don't already have your tickets get over to Victor's Tires and picks some up. Jul 31, 2010 Thanks to all of the Unified Team who represented well at the Champion Challenge today. Richard Cesna, Damon Morgan and Chris Eberly all took first place. We are especially proud of the kids who fought their hearts out today! We are so proud of them.
